As part of a comprehensive repositioning of 22 Albert Road, KHID designed a new lobby, premium end-of-trip facilities and shared tenant meeting spaces that elevate the everyday workplace experience. Warm, contemporary and highly functional, the interiors create a strong sense of arrival, connection and community. Complementary external works by Lara Architects, including a new accessible entry, DDA-compliant lift, awning and landscape upgrades, complete the transformation, enhancing both tenant appeal and the building's market presence within the St Kilda Road precinct.
